Important Information for the 2026 Infrastructure Summit 

Location

Parking/Transportation

  • Take Transit! The DART Orange line to Irving Convention Center Station.
  • Complimentary shuttles will run between Irving Convention Center Station and the Convention Center in 20- minute increments throughout the event starting at 10:30 a.m. on Monday, August 31 and 7 a.m. on Tuesday, September 1 ending at 4:15 p.m.
  • No reservation is required — simply board the next available shuttle upon arrival.
  • The Irving Convention Center parking garage is conveniently located adjacent to the venue and is available free of charge; please mention the Infrastructure Summit to the parking attendant.

Day 1 (Monday, August 31st):

  • Registration opens at 11:00 AM
  • Keynote Lunch starts at 11:30 AM

Day 2 (Tuesday, September 1st):

  • Breakfast Buffet opens at 7:30 AM
  • Program starts at 8:00 AM

  • Beverages and light refreshments will be served
  • Reception with hors d’oeuvres and drinks will be served

Day 2 (Tuesday, September 1st):

  • Breakfast will be à la carte (opens at 7:30 AM)
  • Keynote Plated Lunch
  • Your table number for lunch for both days is on the back of your name tag.
  • If you have any dietary restrictions, you will receive a meal card at check-in to give to your server.

Details

  • Attendees, there will be signage for Registration Check-In, and you will receive your name tag and program. (4th Floor)
  • Panelists/Speakers, please go to the Speaker Check-In. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your session. (4th Floor)
  • Registration is closed. If you need to make any changes, please let us know when you check in to the summit on Monday, August 31st.
