Bio – Wilson Peppard

Wilson Peppard is the Director of Economic Development for Oncor Electric Delivery based in Dallas/Fort Worth serving over 400 communities throughout Texas. He has been with Oncor since 2009 serving in various organizations including Transmission Engineering, Operations, and Real Estate prior to his role in Economic Development. Wilson is engaged with the Texas Economic Development Council (TEDC), serves on the board for “The High Ground of Texas” Economic Development Organization in West Texas, and is on Dallas Regional Chamber’s Economic Development Council. Wilson was recently recognized as one of North America’s Top 50 Economic Developers in 2025 by Consultant Connect. He is a graduate of Texas A&M University with a B.S. in Civil Engineering. He holds an MBA from TCU and is a registered Professional Engineer in the state of Texas.
