Bio – Tony Sosebee

Tony Sosebee, PE, DBIA, is a Senior Vice President, Principal, and Board Member at Huitt-Zollars. With over 40 years of experience in civil engineering and project leadership, Tony brings a deep understanding of multi-disciplined design integration, complex project delivery, and client-focused solutions to meet budgets and schedules.

Tony’s expertise spans transportation and transit systems design and construction, land development for residential and commercial developments, public works projects around the DFW Metroplex, and military infrastructure.

As a licensed Professional Engineer in seven states, Tony holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology. He is a certified Design-Build Professional through the Design-Build Institute of America (DBIA).

Tony serves on the boards of the North Dallas Chamber of Commerce, the Greater Dallas Planning Council, and the North Texas Commission. His leadership is marked by a collaborative approach, technical excellence, and a commitment to advancing issues that enhance community connectivity, sustainability, and long-term economic vitality.
