With over 15 years of experience in water supply planning and infrastructure project development, Tom serves in the Executive Office at the Texas Water Development Board. In this role, he provides strategic leadership and guidance to communities and stakeholders across Texas, helping them navigate the complexities of securing financial assistance for critical infrastructure projects in water, wastewater, and flood mitigation.

Tom has helped advance resilient and sustainable infrastructure solutions that address both immediate needs and long-term planning goals.
