Bio – Steve Babick

Mayor, City of Carrollton

Steve Babick has served as Mayor of Carrollton since 2022 and brings extensive leadership experience in both public service and finance. A longtime chief financial officer and business mentor, he holds degrees in Finance and Accounting from Florida State University, an MBA from Amberton University, and a leadership certificate from Harvard Kennedy School. Prior to becoming mayor, he served multiple terms on the Carrollton City Council and has remained active in regional governance, community service, youth mentorship, and civic organizations throughout North Texas
