Bio – Scott Moorhead

Scott Moorhead is the CEO of Texas Water Trade, a nonprofit focused on market-based water management solutions for people and nature. He brings extensive experience in conservation policy and infrastructure consulting, having previously served as Director of Policy for Audubon Texas and as a private consultant on projects involving water, energy, and land use. Based in Austin, he holds MA and BA degrees from the University of Texas at Austin and recently served as Board President of the Texas Land Conservancy.
