Michael Morris is the Director of Transportation for the North Central Texas Council of Governments (NCTCOG), leading regional transportation planning and projects for the Dallas–Fort Worth area. A registered Professional Engineer in Texas, he is nationally recognized for his leadership in transportation, including receiving the 2021 Ron Kirby Award and serving as Chairman of the Transportation Research Board Executive Committee.
