Bio – Mark Wiggins

Legislative Officer Mark Wiggins is the head of intergovernmental relations for the City of Irving. With more than 15 years of experience engaging with government, Wiggins works with local, state, and federal partners to represent Irving’s interests in the policymaking process. Wiggins has led public policy teams at the Association of Texas Professional Educators and the Dallas Regional Chamber and advised state and local candidates as a political consultant. Wiggins previously worked as a journalist covering Texas politics.
