Kathy Wilkins is Vice President of Alliance Operating Services and a licensed customs broker with more than 30 years of experience in logistics, global supply-chain design, and international trade. Her expertise spans supply-chain engineering, infrastructure development, procurement, systems integration, manufacturing, and the strategic use of Foreign Trade Zones to strengthen U.S. manufacturing and distribution competitiveness. Kathy holds degrees from University of North Texas and advanced graduate credentials in global management, supply chain solutions, and finance, while serving in leadership roles with customs, trade, and regional economic development organizations.
