Bio – Karla Windsor

Karla Windsor, AICP, is a Senior Program Manager with the North Central Texas Council of Governments (NCTCOG), where she leads the Land Use and Mobility Options Program for the Dallas-Fort Worth region. She oversees initiatives focused on transit-oriented development, land use, bicycle and pedestrian programs, transit mobility planning, and NCTCOG’s $160+ million sustainable development funding program. Since joining NCTCOG in 2006, Karla has helped advance multimodal transportation and sustainable development across North Texas. She holds master’s degrees in Public Administration and Urban and Regional Planning from Florida State University.
