Bio – Jill Jester

Jill E. Jester serves as Vice Chair of the Regional Transportation Council (RTC) at the North Texas Council of Governments and chairs the Transit 2.0 subcommittee focused on the future of transportation in North Texas. She is a senior partner at Minor & Jester, P.C., a Denton law firm, and a Certified Mediator with a strong background in public service. Re-elected to the Denton City Council, Jester has also been appointed by the Governor of Texas to serve on a major university’s Board of Regents and is actively involved in numerous civic and charitable organizations.
