Bio – Jeffery Neal

Jeffrey C. Neal is a Senior Projects Manager with the Transportation Planning Team at the North Central Texas Council of Governments, where he has worked since 1999. He specializes in advancing multimodal transportation projects throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth region by supporting project delivery, environmental analysis, stakeholder collaboration, resilience planning, and asset management initiatives. Mr. Neal also provides technical expertise for innovative transportation solutions and helps develop competitive grant applications to secure federal funding for regional transportation projects.
