Representative Jared Patterson is a Texas A&M graduate serving his fourth term representing House District 106, which covers north central and eastern Denton County. A strong conservative advocate, he has championed legislation focused on border security, property tax relief, Second Amendment rights, and protecting children from explicit materials. He currently chairs the House Local & Consent Calendars Committee and serves on the Transportation Committee, as well as the Transportation Funding Subcommittee.
