Bio – Emilien Marchand

Emilien Marchand is the Director of Ecosystem Partnerships at Wisk where he oversees state and city engagement. He collaborates with public and private stakeholders to ensure Wisk’s successful launch in U.S. markets.

Previously, Emilien led the U.S. Public Policy strategy for Airbus’ Urban Mobility Division, and held roles in partnerships and scouting at Airbus A^3.

Emilien started his career as a rocket propulsion engineer after graduating with a Masters of Engineering in Aerospace from ISAE-Supaero and a Master of Science in Space Systems Engineering from TU Delft.
