Bio – Edward Ofori

Edward Ofori, P.E. is the Acting Division Administrator for the Federal Highway Administration’s Texas Division Office, with more than 20 years of experience delivering transportation infrastructure projects across four states. Before joining FHWA, he specialized in traffic engineering and intelligent transportation systems (ITS), serving in leadership roles with AECOM, WSP, and the City of Arlington, Texas. Ofori is a registered Professional Engineer and holds degrees from KNUST in Ghana, Texas A&M University, and the University of Texas at Arlington, along with an Executive Leadership Certificate from American University.
