Bio – Daniel Wheeler

Mr. Wheeler joined J Street Property Services in 2021, shortly after the launch of its Development division in Dallas, Texas, and now oversees all active development projects. He works closely with the full project team to guide developments from concept through completion. Prior to J Street, he built a career as a Development and Construction Management professional and entrepreneur with full-cycle project experience. To date, Mr. Wheeler has led projects totaling over $1 billion in capitalization.
