Bio – Dan Buhman

Dan Buhman serves as General Manager and CEO of the Tarrant Regional Water District, where he oversees more than 450 employees, a $270 million annual budget, a multibillion-dollar capital improvement program, and the District’s long-term water supply strategy. He is an active leader in the water industry, serving in key roles with regional, state, and national organizations, including regional water planning efforts across North Texas. Prior to joining TRWD, Dan spent nearly 15 years as a consulting engineer, helping utilities develop water supply plans and deliver major infrastructure projects throughout the United States.
