Bio – Chris Kiefer

Chris Kiefer is the Client Service Leader at HNTB, where he manages the firm’s relationship with the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT). With more than 16 years of experience at the Indiana Department of Transportation, including serving as Deputy Commissioner and Chief of Staff, he brings extensive expertise in transportation policy, infrastructure funding, and project delivery.
