Attendee information for the 2025 Infrastructure Summit

Location

• Irving Convention Center – 4^th Floor
  Convention Center Address: 500 West Las Colinas Boulevard, Irving, TX 75039
• (The RTC meeting is on the 3^rd Floor in the Jr Ballroom at 1:00 PM on Thursday, August 7^th)

Parking/Transportation

• Take Transit! The DART Orange line – Irving Convention Center Station. Go to DART for more information.
• The Irving Convention Center parking garage is attached to the venue, and it is FREE; please mention the Infrastructure Summit to the parking attendant.

Time

• Day 1 (Monday, August 31):
  Registration opens 11:00am
  Program Begins with Lunch/Mayor’s Roundtable at 12pm
• Day 2 (Tuesday, September 1):
  Breakfast opens at 8:00am
  Program begins at 8:30am

  Your table number for the Keynote Luncheon is on the back of your name tag.
  If you have any dietary restrictions, you will receive a meal card at check-in to give to your server. 

Details

• Attendees must check in at Registration Check-In, and you will receive your name tag and program. 
• Panelists/Speakers must check in at the Speaker Check-In. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your session.
